A.K.A. the best kept secret in Akron….FAT are my initials. FAT’s backroom is a local boutique Italian restaurant that was inspired by 2nd generation Italian immigrants. This all started as an homage to our past. I was raised to host family, friends, and business associates alike -all in our private backroom on the weekends. Think intimate, think private, think exclusive. We have 70 seats that are only available from Thursday-Saturday night.
